92 Accord Dome Light/Rear Defroster/Cigarette Lighter Issue
I have a 1992 Accord LX. My car currently has no power to the dome light, cigarette lighter, rear defroster and the power antenna does not work. I do have power to the radio. The power to these item died when I took the power adapter for my GPS out the cigarette lighter.
I did not find any blown fuses under the driver side dash panel.
Under the hood I did find a blown fuse to the #22 slot and the #29 slot. After replacing those two fuses there is still no power to the items that were failing previously. I also checked the back of the cigarette lighter to see if the solder melted from the the connecter inside the white plastic fuse but it wasn't melted. I am still having the same issue.
What should I test or look at now?

There is a fuse panel under the hood, passenger side near firewall. I'm not sure and not near the car so can't confirm but I think there is a fuse or relay for rear defrost etc in that box.
I went through all of the fuses under the hood and the drivers side panel with a test light in KOEO and all the fuses tested ok.

Start with the rear defrost. Pull the switch and see if you have power to the YEL/BLK wire with the key on?
When you had the socket out, did you test for voltage?
Stock or aftermarket radio?

No power to the defrost switch. The radio is after market and works fine. There is no power to the dome light or the cigarette light either. I suspect it is the ECU unit under the dash.

The ecu has nothing to do with power given to your Accessories. How is the radio hooked up? Red and yellow wires hooked up to the vehicle harness? Or are they heading out in they're own direction?
