Icon2 Transmission compatibility..

I have an '01 Civic with a bad tranny. Would a tranny from an '02 Civic SI Type-R be compatible? I am either going to swap just the trannies; or swap the tranny, engine, etc. Feedback?

No. You would have to swap everything over or just buy another D17 trans. I've never done a K-swap into a 7th Gen non Si civic so I can't help you with any details.

Please Search, bud. This has been covered several times.

01-05 D17 transmissions are all that is compatible.
