Anyone have advice on the cleanest way to put in a diffuser/ speed holes?

Yes the cleanest way is to not install speed holes

Why not just make a underbelly pan? It will serve the same purpose only better, unless you are looking for a steaming hot bowl of rice, that is.

I'd stay away from speed holes. The only time I've ever seen them that they've looked in place is on all out drag built civics. Unless that's what you're building.

Heard they help with high speed stability too, seen them on track cars too.
