Default p30 pistons b20 crank

so i have my gsr .. finally got my jdm p30 pistons and im looking to put them in by month end or so .. now i have a chance at getting a b20/b18b crank .. what im wondering is should there be any major price difference in installing the crank ?
being that im putting in pistons you are going to have to pull the head and the crank so as to connect the rods correct ?
if im installing a different crank is there anything i would need to do.. ?
im already getting so arp rod bolts, figured if the crank isnt gonna cost more to install i might as well get some arp head studs as well .. also gonna get a oil pressure gauge ..

so i guess the real question is should there be a difference in price ? if so about how much and do i need to get anything else b4 i make the crankshaft change ?

you need the rods to match the crank. then you have to make sure there's enough clearance everywhere for the extra stroke.

I've heard that installing a ls crank into a gsr block, the crank will hit the oil squirters, so you might have to block those off. Also I would obviously replace all bearings and main seals.

hmm that sounds like it may be problems in the long run .. if i have to block off the squiters .. i wont have to run an oil line ??

well the engine it self was rebuilt like about 2 - 3 months ago .. not sure if i would need to change main seals etc

I personally have never experienced that problem, but i have read about other people running into it here on honda-tech.

as far as running an oil line... not sure you would have to because you are using a vtec block and all the oil passages line up with the head.
