As the title reads i have a 91 civic that does not get fuel to the fuel filter. The fuel pump in the car was bad and i replaced it i hear it turn on when i turn the key but when i start it nothing happens? The relay is fine so thats not the problem anyone have any ideas? CAR DID NOT RUN BEFORE I REPLACED THE FUEL PUMP. It was doing the same thing it is now not getting fuel to the filter. If anyone has had a similar problem or could help me out it would be greatly appreciated (:

 

This might sound dumb but are you sure the line is clear from the pump to the rail? You should be getting gas at the rail unless something is plugging it. Check line and fuel filter.
