1992 vx hatch - front bumper to fender fit
Hey everyone,
I just picked up a used 1992 VX hatch and it has a few mods that need to go. I can't stand the cheap 1 piece headlights as they don't really fit the fenders or bumper or hood. Before I start looking for stock replacement parts I do have one question.
Why doesn't my bumper line up with my fender? Do I have a mix of sedan/coupe/hatch panels? I read the coupe/hatches are supposed to be the same and the sedan bumpers look different. Just trying to get the parts together so I can turn my front end back to stock.

Thanks for any help.

With how the headlight is sitting, and how the seal around the headlight is sitting, it just looks like a bunch of poorly fitting aftermarket parts all crammed together. Only real way to know is to remove said panels and look for markings.
yeah i can't stand looking at it. haha. it doesn't center with the hood either. I feel like my car is like dating a stripper. sure she's been roughed up a bit and might have some appearance enhancements, but deep down she's still a good girl..
