Default d15b head swap help&tips

hey guys 1st post dont bash too hard or at all. i have a d15b in a 92 eg hatch and i recently purchased a jdm d15b (vtec) head. also to run it a bought a si dizzy and a couple other misc things (p28etc). what i wanted to know is will i see a good power difference? how does it match against a 1.6z6 head ive seen many things going around saying how the jdm head is better and has a more aggresive cam is this true? also any tips from anybody who has done this swap would be appreciated. also anybody who has any useful information on the swap as well type away...

i know the z6 has a nice little pull to it. Even with everything being stock you'd feel the difference...but i'm clueless on the d15b vtec.
