91 Civic clutch makes noise

i have a honda civic 91 si hatchback it drives good just when i push in the clutch all the way makes loud almost grinding noise need to know what is wrong can anyone help please need fixed asap for work tommorow

Sounds like a bad clutch throw out/release bearing.

Take the transmission off, replace said bearing. It's located on the shifter fork so you don't need to take the transmission apart.
