h22a4 best head bolts/ studs to go with?

h22a4 best head bolts/ studs to go with?
Starting this build and I want to do it right. I know arp is the way to go but they only offer studs. Would I be better off going with studs?

If it is the first time the engine has come apart, and will be stock/ close to stock, I would re-use the OEM bolts. After that, or high power build, go to ARP studs.
