I never understood the big mouth front lips on car without intercoolers. But anyway, if its not too heavy, it must be pretty quick with an H22 and 75 shot. Otherwise, its pretty ugly and you wont get much aesthetic love around here.

 

is that an Accord or an Anteater? hmm...that gray is a nice color...you should have painted the whole car that color...and remove the wing...then ya got something goin!

 

your preaching to the choir on the wing and the front bumper, both are coming off the car, soon as I find a suitable replacement front end, leaning towards a BOMEX or Veilside front end at the moment, the parkbench of a wing will probably be replaced by a mugen style spoiler trim piece.

as far as the paint, when I gave it to my cousin (who owns a body shop) I wanted just a solid gunmetal paint, then he insisted on painting custom graphics on it, I allowed him, saying keep it simple considering he was doing all of the body work/painting for free. I didnt like it at first, but actually it has grown on me.

no current engine shots, and well, half of hte car is gunmetal at least lol, as far as the hypocracy, its probably no worse than HS

nah, not goin stock, I have a 90' Accord LX, and a 92' Ford Ranger for that. haha, The Ranger I may drop a 5.0 in, either that or an old 3.2 turbo out of an old TurboCoupe Thunderbird. but that would be well down the road reguardless.

and the whole sleeper thing is getting old to me, almost like the jdm bandwagon.. hell i am tried of ppl hiding their cars.. so that old bumped out junk cars are the only ones that test them

 

I agree with Mike. I don't particularly care for the wing either, but I think that is a damn nice Accord.

 

the day keeping a car 'stock' looking falls out of trend im selling it.

im having to struggle and move money around to build my engine let alone 3,000 on paintjob/bodykit/rims. I don't believe in credit cards or loans on vehicles, this limits my vehicular options in this area.

not everyone can afford both worlds.. so having say 250+ hp = you must do something to the body or what? let me know here so i can conform to the Honda trend of the day or something. Most people I talk to around town literally have no interest in going fast.. all they want is a car that chicks dig: more power to them.

I miss the days of the 60's where 450hp hemi got you laid.

I'll have to say, I started off with no knowleage on cars whatsover. I put stickers on my car lowered it...stupid crap. Then I started realizing things...plus the fact that just like you, I don't have a ton of money, hate making payments, and would rather use the money I have on suspension/power than getting a paint job done.

That's why I sold my '00 coup (with a nice body kit and all ) and bought this '94 sedan cash. (yay! first time in my life) It's not the prettiest car in the world but looks decent, doesn't attract theives (since my engine is worth over 3 times as much as the damn car), and is comfortable.
