OK so I have a 91 civic sedan. its clean. D16y8 swap. Si seats with JDM center counsel. really clean looking. now how do I get rid of the ugly retractable seatbelts? Is there a replacement seatbelt conversion of some short lol? I know that sounds crazy but I really don't like them I'd like to get rid of them. any thoughts or help plz. I'd like to know before I just pull em out

 

I had just taking out the fuses on the battery so the retractor motor will no longer function. that at least mellows that whole thing out. there have been a few times mid retract as im getting out of the vehicle that i had been jabbed in the head and neck with that damn thing. they are pretty ugly. they are made for that body though. that really did not answer the question sorry. i got stuck with mine.

 

so what about the crx and hatchback seatbelts? would they fit?
