So I'm not sure how many different things there could be wrong with the transmission but essentially what happens is this:

1. I start up the car
2. I drive off and as soon as I hit 2nd gear the car forever revs up and doesn't change gear.
3. I put it in neutral than back to Drive and it doesn't do the problem ever again until I stop and drive once again.

Aside from that I noticed that the whole engine moves when I switch from Park to Drive, I checked the mounts and they're fine, could it be the Transmission Torque Converter? I really don't want to spend like 800-1000 dollars for installation and a new tranny. Please help me brainstorm/find a solution, thank you forum.
