Default my f2d swap 90 crx si build

So im very interested in putting an f22 non vtec into my crx. I understand there are better swaps but due to experience with swaps im looking for simple and easy to find parts.I've got a full 91 ex accord donor car. My biggest confusion is with the wiring. Im going to use an si tranny to utilize the stock Trans mounts/axles and buy the adapter plate from bisimoto to mount my f22a4 with it. But here's where my questions start..
1. Do i need to swap out the entire engine harness including the under hood junction block and all the wiring to the ecu(including ecu)?
2. What troubles will i run into with the ignition system or what will need to be used from the donor?

I apologize if I've posted something already on here but i tried to search and found nothing. But any and all help will be greatly appreciated!!

Your factory wire harness can be modified to work the the F-series engine by extending a few wires and changing a few connectors. The best thing about Honda's most sensors share the same connectors. If your budget allows, a better option would be buying a custom milspec harness for your swap. This will allow for a much more simple swap and all brand new wiring for your engine for around $700, give or take.

I've looked at a harness from rywire and i see it has 5 connectors on one end, three i know plug into the ecu but not sure where the other two tie in. How does the signal go from the ignition to ecu? I'm guessing those other two connectors must be it?

Along with the harness you must purchase the proper adapter for your year, make and model. This will allow for connection under dash for such things as gauge cluster, power, fuel pump and so on. Its very simple install and little modifications.
