I cant freaking get the bolt off of my fuel filter!
When changing your filter, did any of you guys have a lot of trouble getting the bottom bolt of the fuel filter which is connected to the hard fuel line. I'm using a 14mm wrench to try to get this thing off and the damn thing just wont budge!!
I finally got my axle nuts off, those were a pain the frigging ***... Bent the crap outta the breaker bar and the big *** 1/2 driver I got instead of the normal ratchet...

Yes ... it sucked. I cut my pinky finger open when the wrench slipped. But, I got that bastard off. Keep at it, it will give.
I give up! The bolt is rounding off. I think I turned it the wrong way and stripped the bolt...I forgot you have to turn it the opposite direction since the bolt is facing downwards. I tried to turn it the other way and the damn thing is stuck like no tomorrow. The band on the filter is also beginning to break loose. Guess I'm off to the Acura dealer tomorrow.

Well you could always get new bolts from the dealer tommorow, and use a vise grip on the ones you have on just to get them off after you pick up the new ones...
Try this... get one of those visegrips.. clamp down on it real good, then use a hammer..
works well when there's nothing left for your wrenches to bite down on.

You are not suppossed to use a regular wrench, instead you should have used a FLARED Wrench (Used for A/C and Fuel line couplings). I know it's a bit late to tell you now if you've rounded off the couling though.

It doesn't matter what kind of wrench you use if you turn it the wrong direction.
