I have a 2005 honda civic that is not starting or cracking. When attempting to crank car a relay buzzes.

I checked all grounds and they are all solid.
Replaced relay and same issue occurs

Any ideas?

Did this. Starter will jump. Car starts if I jump starter.

When attempting to start the car the starter terminal shows 0 volts

From starter big wire gets 12 volts. Little wire to terminal gets 0 volts. Tested fuse box inside car. The relay spot is getting 12 volts when the key is turned
