pde hf-1 euro r ?

Default pde hf-1 euro r ?

i bought an h22 head for 80dlls and the casting stamp is pde hf-1 looked it up and it comes up as a euro type r can someone confirm this for me ?

Yes that would be the Euro-r head stamp, only reason I know that is because I have a Euro-r in my Lude....

yeah i read that but i rather ask someone. if you took the time to reply i wanna say your not gonna waste it by replying with false info so its more of a conformation thing. thanks guys i got that head complete minus valvecover for 80$ in great condition can i use any h22v valve covers with it or does it have to be a euro

If you read all of that post you will find that just because yours is stamped PDE it does not mean that its a Euro-R. Most of the later year H22's are PDE's wether they are JDM or USDM. Theres also H23a bluetops that are PDE's.

Theres really no good way to identify. All of the Euro-R's do look a bit different on the intake manifold side (look at the pictures in that post) but there are also H23a heads that have that same casting around the intake ports.

$80 is still a good deal though for a good head regardless.
