Ok I have a 99 Civic Ex 5 Speed. changed my O2 several times and I get the same code. I also get another code which is P1298- Electrical load detector circuit high input. I dont know what the problem is or how to fix it. Maybe wiring issues? My car is bone stock. I dont think anyone has ever messed with it before me. Please help

 

O2 sensor code P0135 or P0141?

Start by checking whether 7.5A fuse 15 is blown.

 

Its P0135. I just take out the fuse and put another one it? I dont know how to check fuses.

Ok Thanks. I checked the fuse box but theres couple fuses with 7.5 and a couple with 15. is it the fuse box under the steering wheel or the box by the battery in the engine bay?

 

Dash fuse box. Fuse #15 is a 7.5A fuse.

I read your link Fuse 15 TSB and it says something about an oxygen sensor but i dont know what MIL is

 

MIL = CEL

I checked the fuse and it was burned so i just bought a new one and my CEL went off. I put the code reader in and there was no codes. THANK YOU
