Icon2 g22 swap

Supp ht ppl i was looking for some help on my g22/23 swap i dnt noe ether to buy a f22 block or f23a1????

when i was looking in to this swap i found that the f23a1 was a more compatible block for the h22 head. also f22/23 are open deck blocks where as the h22 is closed only some h22's were open so i think you would have to find a open deck h22 head for this to work (plus a cr#p load of hondabond to get the passages to seal correctly)

The proper way is to fill what ever inconsistency on either block or head with metal aka welding it. Also you would need to match both block and head for what ever piston you need regardless of what kind of H/F frank you are making. Honestly I would have ignored this post but I just couldn't help correct false caca floating about the net. You need to weld it!
