98 civic ex 4dr sedan vtech AT

had a faulty ignition switch and replaced it this mourning. everything works fine and the car doesn't stall anymore or shut down while driving. Although, I just noticed the square green indicator light for "drive" in the dash does not illuminate anymore (regardless in II or III position. All other lights work on other gears. anything I did wrong?

Check whether the D position bulbs in the Gear position indicator printed circuit board are blown.
