Default Hood not aligned, looks raised.

i recently picked up a hood that had a dent, nothing major. also the ends were bent from standing up for a few weeks.

i put the hood on the car and on the driver side, it looks raised and higher than the passenger side. the pass. side was the same but i adjusted at the bracket. but for the life of me, can't repeat it with the driver side.

any advice? also has a lot of play in the front, but no rattling or noises during driving.

do you know if the arrow on the top right has a place where you can adjust up and down?
how does the front gap look?

remove your JDM hood spacers.

a raise like that looks like your brackets are possibly bent or your hood isn't setting into the latch enough. i could be wrong though.

i read in the helms manual that you can adjust it, but i haven't got to it because i don't have a socket that will between there.
