The beginning of my Crx build...what did I get myself into?
Soooo. I bought this Rex for about $300... And some extra stuff for like another $100. So All in all I spent about $400.. The car had a b16 in it and the guy had taken it out to do some work. He ended up pulling out the dash and everything behind it. All the wiring and everything. He wanted to update it to obd1 with 1995 integra harness and cluster... Needless to say... He never did so now I have so harness and sub harness and just a mess. But it does have a cage
also got a b16 block And some slicks and stuff with it.

So today I was able to finally got some free time to play with it... I didn't know what to start with. So I decide it was going to just tear it down and start over from a rolling shell. I took out everything and gutted it . I then ended up playing the integra harness.

After a good day of cleaning and pulling, i was able to get the dash out and started playing with the harness. he had pulled a acura integra harness for the car... so i tried to play around and get it right... This is her all cleaned up and ready to be cut in... i had taken the dash with me to the shed so that i could line up where some of the noticeable wires went..
Kind of confused why you went with the integra harness?
Did you end up with a lot of cutting and rewiring to get your dash to work?
Or are you not planning to use the stock dash components?

Try these. When i saved them i only saved the thumb nails.... Face palm... (im new to this) The guy has a whole interior harness and everything, so the whole car would be a integra. He had a integra ignition, blinkers, and cluster also. He had a b18 in the car before but that's not what im gonna go. but i figured i would try anyway to see what i could get.
so i had off Monday and spent the day cleaning out the car. I took out the fiber glass fenders, fiberglass hood and tenzo seats that were on the car. This car came out of a fast and furious movie.. its prime must have been in the early 2000's... anyway the guy pulled out a complete harness for a integra. He wanted to make the car OBD1. He had the blinkers, ignition, and cluster. I figured i would try out the wiring and see what i could come up with.. but since i didnt pull it, it was hard to read and see what he had and what cam from where.... so i played with the dash and wiring for a little while in the shed.. but i realized im not going to do that.. so now its back to square one and just a empty shell..
Nice, I actually kinda like that color of green on that, purple not so much but looks like u got quite a project ahead of u. Any idea what engine ur going with? Also i think that speedo bezel is from the dx if u get an si one it should fit that gsr cluster better, I could b wrong on that but I think i remember the si one is a little more rounded. Anyway good luck on ur build defiantly interested to see how this turns out.
i was actually going to go k. I plan on doing the same with the harness except i plan on doing it with a rsx harness and cluster. technically if i were to pull it and everything with it, cutting and capping the wires i don't need such as pw, pl and such it would almost be easier then the integra harness.
Yea thats what i plan on doing... im not going to go with a obd1. Im trying to trade my miata for a ep3, and take the motor, harness, tranny and everything from that, instead of piecing it together.
