91 accord ex studders
My 91 accord started to studder at low RPMs, under 2000, runs good on the highway, Had low spark at the #2 cylinder spark plug, replaced the wires, did not help, also added seafoam to the fuel tank, better but not fixed.
only low spark in one cylinder?
I would take a voltmeter and test the coil.
I would take the ICM out of the distributor and bring it into an auto parts store to get tested.
*** by the way if you take the ICM out and notice a quart of oil inside the housing fix the issue here's a hint its a unicorn seal! However if the seal is missing from the distributor to the head that seal is available from OEM or rockauto.com I think***
If none of that helps since you already are sea foaming the car. Finish sea foaming. Change oil PVC and spark plugs. If that don't work pray to the Honda God.

"Iac" is Idle air control valve... dumb question if you replaced the wires did you change the plugs as well? If not I would recommend that! How many miles on the car? An did you keep up with regular maintenance on this car prior to this problem? If you did all the above I would suggest checking for a vacuum leak... very common to cause sluggish/bad idle in Honda's. Good luck!
