Default 93 Civic Si... looking to keep it in the family

Hey guys I recently became the owner of a 1993 civic si hatch from my stepfather. Wasn't in the plans but it's in my driveway now. Well it's gonna be a daily driver to and from work so gonna keep it as OEM as i can afford it. It has the normal wear a 124k mileage car would have. needs a bunch of little things but still running great. Hope everyone can help me along the way into keeping it looking nice and purty. like i said i wanna keep it in the family and will hope to maybe pass it down to the kids when i decide to settle down with the ms.

Might keep the stock hubs or switch to some other oem wheels

Hood bra--- maybe, not yet decided

Need some emblems

the good side -_-

the bad- summer time assignment

only update so far, aftermarket head unit. but will be adding oem radio back for appearance and stashing head unit in glove box or somewhere else. 124k miles which means A LOT of replacement parts coming soon

Need floor mats ASAP haha

rear speakers covers and brackets will be next

Pics arent showing,

on another note, def keep it in the family as these cars are starting to get rare, and there will always be a demand for them. congrats

Moved due to no tech question or discussion ... however, welcome to the family!

First thing to do is to get that rust dealt with. If you want to 'save' this car then that's the way to do it. Fixmyrust.com has quality panels at a price that can't be beat.

Yeah that's gonna be my spring/summer assignment. Too cold outside in NY so no drive to go outside. I will be doing research on that since I have no experience with welding or body work. Worst case I buy the parts & take it to a shop & hope I don't get screwed.

looks like it's in great shape. keep it simple and stock and never get rid of it. fix that rust though!
