hey all, i bought a hood. and i laid it upwards on the carpet for about 2 weeks. well when i went back to put it on the car, i noticed it had pretty bends on each end. i'm guessing from letting it set too long.

i was thinking of maybe laying on some towels and maybe trying to hit with a rubber mallet to maybe get back into shape.

is the idea dumb, anyone know if this will work and won't cause more of an issue?

 

yea we do that sometimes here at the shop, soemtimes it fixes sometimes it needs a lil body work
