Icon2 Koni/GC spring rates?

I'm a noob on this so what do you recommend for a DD eg6? I plan on 1-2 finger gap all around. I want the smoothest ride possible.

^This.

But as far as suggestions, my set up I'm 450f/350r. Koni's are off the shelf rates. Koni/GC was my first suspension upgrade. Speaking from before sway bars or anything else, it handled well and was quite predictable. No finger gap in front (not tucking tire), about 1/2 finger gap in back. Shocks at lowest setting, very comfortable ride for a DD, however I like 75% front/50% rear stiffness, stiffer ride, but still comfortable for a dd imho.

400/250

Going that stiff up front is to allow additional lowering if desired, and doesn't hurt ride quality much (let's be honest, height is adjustable, and most people are tempted by "I'll just see how it looks another inch lower"). The softer rear is for daily comfort.

How much low can he go with the 250 in the rear?
Guess the 350R will only help in decreasing the under steering.

So it will be..either a soft ride or better handling

Slammed. The rear has significantly more suspension travel than the front, and carries half the weight.

And decrease ride quality. For a non-track daily driver, why make that tradeoff?

Better handling is one of those terms that everyone defines differently. 400/250 is already less front spring biased (will understeer less) than stock, and with the reduction in body roll from the stiffer spring rates, it is already a better handling car.

Don't compromise ride quality unnecessarily for a street car. If that isn't adequate reduction in body roll, add/upgrade swaybars. They reduce ride quality less than an equivalent increase in spring rates.

I find 450/350 comfortable, but I often forget comfort is in the eye of the beholder

Sway bars make a great addition, but again depends upon the driver. Current, i have a ITR front sway bar (25mm) and ASR rear sway bar (24mm), body roll is completely gone according to my butt dyno
