Please Help!! Charging Issue
2005 Honda Accord EX 2.4L
The Condensed Rundown of the issue.
1. Vehicle lost power and will not charge battery
2. Battery Check and rechecked - Battery is Good
3. Starter Replaced
4. Alternator Replaced - Problem Persist
5. Alternator removed and taken for Bench/Load Test - Test Good (3x tested)
6. All Fuses and Cables/Connections checked and all appear to be in good order
When the vehicle is running there is only 11.9v at the Battery.
Checked the voltage at the Alternator while the vehicle was running and only 11.9 volts were seen with and without accessory power.
Question
Could this be a faulty alternator with a False Pass reading?
Could this be the Multiplex
Could this be the ECM?
I am at a loss as to where or what to check next,
If you can help me, it would be VEry Much appreciated.

HAve you checked and cleaned all the grounds in your car?
Check crankshaft pulley ( harmonic balancer) for defects in the rubber sandwich between inner drive and outer pulley. Damage can allow pulley to slip preventing alternator drive. For some reason this does not cause the Alt light to come on, but car will drive until dead.
