Consider doing an h2b which uses the H engine and the b series trans. This allows the use of the h series engine without cutting up your civic in order to make the h series cable shifting trans work.

I would but then I'd have to wait MORE to put the motor in and I don't like taking the bus so maybe later lol

Try to stick it out for for a GSR tranny. The only reason I kept my M2B4 was because it was LSD. But if you just want to get it in then go with what you got. Its nice to see some coupes getting H's put in them. Good Luck!

I just want to get this done, been taking the bus for too long in this cold *** weather. so that would mean wait longer and spend another thousand atleast lol not in for that. I had cables on the accord and didn't miss one gear

There's a reason that suspension is so cheap. It's garbage. I'm speaking from experience. Too tight to be comfortable for a DD, and WAY too loose for any kind of remotely performance-oriented driving. Have fun with the nose dive.

A proper budget build takes longer - it doesn't involve needlessly cheap parts.

Sure it does, He knows what he wants to do, Quit raggin on his choice of parts.

Keep us posted with your build and issues you face. As far as the cable trans. when you're ready to convert it hit up Robert Diaz at Hush Performance. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Hush-...519234?fref=ts He's a good guy & very helpful.

FMLL!!! i was taking the torque mount bolts off the transmission side of the chassis and the bolts didn't snap they just started spinning... so i'm guessing the one welded inside broke off... WTF DO I DO NOW

Weird...chassis torque mount bolt holes are threaded on the frame on both sides of my 93 hatch. Dont have a welded nut on the opposite side where you cant get to them. Dont understand why honda would even do that? Doesnt make much sense.

If thats true...cut the head of the bolt off or drill it out

got a dumb question, my friend has an h22a and h22a1 basemap. some local tuner wants $100 for a basemap lol **** that. Will any of these two basemaps work for an h22a4 or do I need the specific a4 basemap??
