Dammit, idk wtf is wrong wif my car, i know that my flywheel was going out cuz sometime i start the car all i get is grinding, flywheel is going out foshure, since i cant shift into any gears at all and reverse is grinding i thought my clutch and pressure plate is out, but when i ask my co-worker (mexican) which knows alot about honda, he said that it might be my sychronizer... i need advice... here's is the info:
At first i thought my cmc is going bad and so I replaced with a brand new exedy cmc, bleed it till it has no air bubble... once i start the engine up and try to shift to gear 1 i cant barely shift even with a force... reverse grind hella lot till i start moving... I know foshure when i release my clutch pedal the clutch doesnt grab at the same spot anymore... the only way for me to get the car moving is turning off my damn car, shift to gear 1 turn it on and it start moving but here's the catch, once i start it up it will jerk and start moving even before i havent let my feet off the clutch... once i get the car moving, 2nd and 3rd gear is a piece a cake with a different plate grabbing position... oh btw i can feel my clutch pedal vibrate when i push in all the way.

Sounds like your clutch isn't disengaging -- maybe the release bearing is shot. I'd see a mechanic unless you can replace the clutch yourself.
BTW how is it relevant that your co-worker is Mexican?

Also is possible the clutch disc was installed backwards! Then it will definitely not disengage. Inside the trans if one of the two main stack bearings is shot, it will make a nasty growling sound/vibration while driving
well i order competition stage 2 clutch with a 12 lb fidanza flywheel, should be here this week and then next week on my paycheck i will take it in to a shop... where i live is very freezing cold so i dont have time and plus i work on 3rd shift... we'll see after the clutch is changed out to see if that fix the problem...
Try adjusting your clutch pedal some more that may be where its not engaging in the same position it was. May not be in the correct place and not letting the clutch engage fully or properly. Some where to start before tearing it apart for a clutch.
