my 94 accord is mostly stock it has a f22b1 swap and a chipped p28 ecu i replaced the dizzy thinking it would solve my problem cause it had a 97 dizzy on a 94 motor witch ment it didnt have a crank sensor and now it does witch got rid of my cel i had so now im clear of all cel's and still got the same problem cant rev past 4000 rpm

 

If the car is mostly stock other than the f22b1 engine swap you should be running a stock ecu. There is no point using a chipped ecu if you don't need it. The original ecu(for the b1 motor) will work as good, if not better, than any chipped ecu. Did you run the vtec pressure switch and vtec solenoid wires to the ecu ?
