I have a 2003 Honda Civic Ex and I am having major trouble with installing these new headlights that I bought. They're dual halo projector headlights black with HID kit, 35W 12000K. They were purchased from pro-tuning lab. I recently sent them to a mechanic that I know, he switched the polarity and the lights seemed to work fine. He turned the high beams on, they worked, but when he turned them off my low beam lights would flicker, one would turn on the other wouldnt, sometimes theyd work, sometimes they wouldnt at all. The bulbs arent blown. HELP, PLEASE this has been an ongoing project for over a month now

 

Get rid of that ricer junk and keep your OEM headlights.
