Oil leak next to vtec solenoid B16A2 engine

Oil leak next to vtec solenoid B16A2 engine
Hey guys!
I have an oil leak coming from the black seal on the head of my engine, next to the Vtec solenoid. Any idea what this seal is called? So I may replace it?
I'm thinking its the cam seal cap, but I may be incorrect.
