Default Obd1 (civic 95) TDC sensor = camshaft

Is the TDC sensor the camshaft sensor, are they two separate sensors?

I think he was referring to if the TDC acted as the camshaft sensor.

The answer is no

OBD1 Engines have a TDC sensor and CKP (crank position sensor) located in the distributor.
