s2000 with oil leake on right side - help

Hi guys - i am buying this S2000 and it has evidence of a leak which i am attaching a picture-if any knows what it is let me know.And what are your ideas on buying a used S2000 with 145k-Thanks

yup...might as well change the TCT while youre in that area too...but its an easy fix and not really a big deal

can you use a ratchet?...its three bolts
