Okay, so I am new to the whole Honda scene. Got my first one this weekend and I am a little confused. When someone is talking about swapping out this motor for that motor, and boosting this motor with this turbo...etc etc. What exactly do the numbers and letter mean? Any help is appreciated.

The first letter is the series engine it is, ie: b series, f series, d series etc. The numbers are displacement, ie: b16=1.6liter f22=2.2liter. As for the rest, I don't know lol, google it/search ht!

 

How do I know what series it is?
