My 95 civic ex has 130,000 miles on it now and I think it is time for a new paint job. I'm not to sure if it need to be totally repainted(sanded, primered, etc.) or just a new coat. Some placee offers a 250$ pain job but all they do is give you a wash, and give it a new coat. Do you think that would look good? If anyone has any examples of this please post pics.

about $1200-$3000 for a job well done.

 

around 1000..give or take a couple of hundred. My friend painted my car for me for 750...and that was almost just the materials and the rental of the booth....he ended up with like 50bux.

Then why even answer dumbass^...jeesh... If you go to maaco it will run you about 4-500 for a decent job but a good job is about a 1000 give or take some. Just call around and ask...

 

I paid 1200 for mine and I was satisfied with the results.

 

pretty good starts around 2200 and show quality is upwards of 4-5000 dollars at the shop I work at. All are work also has a life time guarantee though.

 

my car allready looks pretty good just a few shitty looking places here and there. What does an ambassador paint job mean. 250% at macco. I heard they just wash the car and paint it. That might actually look pretty good cuz my car look pretty god allready, and that would fix the few bad parts. What ya think?

 

A good paint job starts around 2K.

 

most shops 'round here will spray a pearl for 1200+.
