93 Civic mess - D15B1 block, PO8-3 D16Z6 head, and P06 ECU - timing belt issues

93 Civic mess - D15B1 block, PO8-3 D16Z6 head, and P06 ECU - timing belt issues
Hello everybody,
I'm new here and I have a question.
I've just bought 93 Civic DX for my daughter and I know that this car supposed to have D15B7 engine. But that is not the case.
Block is D15B1, head is PO8-3 with Vtec from D16Z6 engine and computer is PO6.
I've just replace timing belt, water pump, tb tensioner and all seals but marks on cam pulley couldn't get right, little bit advanced or little bit retard. Couldn't get marks on pulley to match edge of the head. Car idle and runs pretty good but it runs rich.
What would be right thing to do:
Find the D15B7 head which would match the computer I already have on board or is it possible just to replace ECU with P28 which will match PO8-3 head.
