Icon2 I NEED B16A O2 SENSOR HELP!!!!!

hey guys, i have a 95 e.g4 hatch, b16a1 swap with type r b18 head on it, p30 e.c.u.

i took the exaust manifold and decat off to have the manifold welded, its a feels manifold with 1 four wire 02 sensor where all the cylinders meet,
and there is 1 one wire 02 sensor in the decat, when i had the decat off it the wire broke on the single wire 02 sensor, when i put all back together ther was a red light on the dash for the lambda, i drove it for a while without conecting it back up, then i did connect it up and the light is still on,i done the codes and its throwing code 41..which is heated oxygen sensor heater..but it wasnt throwing any codes before i took the manifold off..

could welding have dammaged the heated sensor??..

and it seems to b running a bit dead and is bogging down sometimes ,and other times its fine..

is this the right manifold for this engine??
i know some of them use 2 o2 sensors but they are for different cylinders on the manifold, mine has 2 but the 2 of them are both after where all cylinders meet...

help is much appreciated

thanx
