Icon2 all motor gsr help. -searched-

so im building my gsr the engine is assemble but i havent put the cams in yet . because im not sure if i have to get the engine degree the blox tuner stage 3 cams are a little less agressive than the skunk 2 pro 1s i just dont want the valves to hit the piston.but if the engine is on time how its suppoed to i should be okay right?
gsr head
buddy club titatium retainers
buddy club dual springs
buddy club flat faced valves
cams i have blox tuner stage 3 Stage III
Intake Cam: 12.8mm lift 272* duration
EXHAUST: 280° / 11.9mm
gsr block
je 12.5 compression piston 81.5
eagle rod with arp bolts
acl race bearings
balanced and polished gsr crank

it should be ok if its timed right. people do up 13.1 and stage 884 cams for race setups.
sounds like a good setup....
im doing pretty much the same setup as you but using LS eagle rods and LS crank.
12.1 81.5mm

might as well ask this here if you dont mind. how much does it usualy cost for a shop to punch out a block to 81.5mm from 81mm?

should be fine, wouldnt hurt to check your p2v before final assembly. only takes 15 minutes

You plan to degree the cams (not simply adjustable cam gears) using a dial indicator, right?

That's an aggressive enough cam to make it worth being careful.

i was going to do that ls cranck setup , but there is sothing about them crancks that i dont like imo lol

i read some guy did it with the engine assembled sounds rather complicated imo. since i have never mess with an engine to this point before..
