'90 Si Rusty Mofo
So I decided to finally rid of the rust hole in the passenger side of my '90 si hatch the other day (damn you midwest winters) Turned out to be a bit worse than I had thought, as I had to cut off quite a bit of the rocker and quarter panel. This obviously isn't just a little patch job, so i searched around to see if there were any patch panels out there for my car and it appears that there is only a few for the EF chassis, and nothing looks like it will help solve my issue (unless i get a whole new quarter panel which I'm not cutting apart just for this little bit) I was curious if anyone else has had to deal with patching sheet metal in this area before, and if fabbing my own piece would be the best option in this case? Any suggestions would be great.

Yeah I checked it out and the only thing they have is the wheel arch and I don't think it covers as much as I need.
Most sites that I've seen only have the wheel arches and rocker panels. I was just curious if anyone was aware of any place that has more replacement panels than just those. Not a whole lot of replacement parts are available for the EF's it seems like.

Try going to a pull-a-part with a battery operated die grinder... cut the piece out of any dx, hf, si..May be your best option. Thats what I would do. Make sure and cut out more than you need though, lol
