Icon2 Horn always on!

Just installed my nrg short hub and used the metal piece of a pen to make sure it's always touching the back part of the hub. Every time I connect the battery the horn is always on.

What am I doing wrong?

Pinched wire somewhere possibly. Happened to me. But that wiring at the contact doesn't look right.
See? In step #2. YOu can see the pinched wire.
