97 Civic EX - scan tool won't communicate with obd 2 port
i have a 1997 civic ex with a d16y8 i cant seem to get a reading on my scantool and i need to pass emissions soon. it has the stock ecu . the scan tool gets power but wont connect to read anything ive checked the fuses and my cigerate lighter works does anyone have any advice or can tell me what the problem is
