Ohkay so a few days ago i was driving and i noticed the D4 was flashing on the dash cluster. This was very unusual because it had never happened to me so im wondering what could of caused this.

Now another thing. ever since that happened my car doesnt shift gears properly i can feel it bogging out. And when i accelerate and come to a stop the rpms jump up and down when the needle gets to around 1000 and jumps aroudn 1000-1200. i have a video to show ya, at around 0:30 on the video it shows

Please help, this is getting really irritating every time i drive
