Default Proper thermostat temp

I went to poop boys to replace my thermo as my car is running a bit cold. It is offered at 180 or 195 degrees. Anyone know the proper one to use? 94 Ls 5spd.

170 is factory recommended. Anything else is up too you at that point. That said most aftermarket thermostats are junk. I'd save the hassle and buy it directly from acura.
