Figure the RSX is worth about $7k if it is in good condition. It's hard to say whether you'd get that for the LS, especially with a dirty title. You've got a lot of mods but how much value they add depends on what kinds of buyers you can find. It's up to you to decide which car you like better.
Dont worry bout car value...
Think more about your purpose for the car. There is no right answer.
But from the details and pics... You've got a beautiful Integra and im sure it ***** on that RSX as far as speed.
Your already winning my dude. Keep your car.

I was about to say I would trade in a heart beat but you have a very clean teg!!! If it was me I would keep the teg.
Prob easier to resell the rsx. Just doesn't look as clean and well taken care of as the teg.

Regardless of title, KEEP YOUR TEG!
That RSX looks to be whored out and beat up. If his car was decent, he wouldnt be in such a rush to trade for a car with a salvaged title. Dont do it, youve got a good thing already. Hes trying to screw you.

IMO your car is not worth near as much as his rsx. Just because when you modifie your car and or ad stuff like a $3,000 turbo kit ect ect it actually drops the value dep on who the buyer is.
But if you ask me you should keep it since you got that much mods done like the turbo kit interior and front end conversion your car looks better and probably is more satisfying to drive than a type S.
Also the Integra is on a whole other level than the rsx historically wise. For one it didnt win number 1 pick from top tuner car for nothing out of all the cars including the rsx and supra ect you can think of! the Integra will forever hold its image in the tuner world and will always be the favored chassis of choice imo. The K series motor is a different subject and imo and most will agree is a much more efficient motor.
But I like the fast reving B series motor over a k series, And the look from a Integra- JDM ITR or USDM over the RSX.

If it was me I would keep your car it looks much better. Also for me there is no where near as many of your car left as the other is almost a dime a dozen. Plus you know your car and what it does or does not need. But that's just me your car is more my style. Just my opinion.
The only way i'd trade would be is if he was offering cash on top. the RSX kinda looks like it's been "beat up" you have a nice teg i'd stay with it !!
I mostly agree with everybody else. Most notably that you are fully aware of your owns cars history from the frame up, where as you could trading off your car for somebody elses problem.
Also I'm not really a fan of the wheels, they look rather cheap with makes me question how the owner maintained the car. I wouldn't commit until you are certain it isn't a lemon, Perhaps service records/reciepts for parts plus a compression test on the motor.

i wouldnt do it either i have a 95 ls and soon to be gs-r which looks much cleaner than rsx model, also as said before it does look a little beat on dont do it...youve been warned lol.
To all that replied,
Thanks for the insight and kind words !
Went to go check out the RSX and as everyone predicted it was not in the best shape.
Seats and door panels were torn and thrashed.
Owner offered me $500 on top of RSX to cover the damages. I declined.
I have decided to keep her since i have so much dumped into her.
Thanks again !

Yes i will admit the ITR sticker is a joke. I was young and thought it was cool since i had a itr front end and B18c5 at the time but the engine sucked a valve so no more.
I put the sticker on in 2005 so if i took it off now worried about the imprint it would leave on the paint.
