Default misfiring zc (d16a1) in my crx

just got my crx running the other day after i discovered there was no bolt to hold the distributor rotor in place so it was just spinning around... anyway. when i rev it it sounds like its misfiring. also i threw a code 3 and 9. it has a pm7 ecu in it and im pretty sure it is obd0. the engine is a 3rd gen zc, basically the same thing as the d16a1 out of the 88 integra... my friend suggested that i buy a new distributor, but i read somewhere that the cylinder position sensor (code 9) is not in the distributor on obd0, it is on obd1... so if there is anywhere that i can buy just that sensor or something that contains it, that would be sweet! i have a video and if you think its not that that the problem is let me know!!!

heres the video:

also i want to paint it this weekend and need to know if it is ok to drive down the road 5 miles to the shop and back like it is? thanks!
