Heating system problems
I have a 95 accord and the air does not blow through the venting system. I have a new blower motor and all of the other parts are working properly. The weather has been below zero in western Colorado and I need some help figuring out what is wrong with my venting system.
Did the installer make sure that all connections are properly connected? Since its a new motor, check electricals. If there is still no power to the blower motor after connections are connected, check the fuse.
Hope that helps.

Here is another possibility for ya...
The blower motor was shot in my sons 1991 Accord. Couldn’t locate a used one at a reasonable price so bought a new replacement motor only, no fans or wiring plug. Installed our old fans and plug on the new motor and reinstalled everything back into the box then into the car. Fired up the fan and got very little air pressure but could hear the fan running at all speeds. Turns out I wired it wrong and it was running backwards. I pulled it out and changed the plug wires around and now it blows like there is no tomorrow. Good luck with it!

Wait, does the blower motor not work at all? Or does in come on and simply not blow air through the vents.
Check for power at the fuse.
Then check for power at the blower motor at all speeds.
If no power to the blower motor, check for power resistor panel that controls the blower speeds (I cant remember the name for it right off hand, maybe someone can chime in)
If still no power there then check for power to the blower motor switch in the climate control.
