ok so i just picked up a new honda crx with a 3rd gen zc in it. only problem is it looks like hell because its half primed. so i sanded everything down and am ready to paint. i am just wondering how much; primer, color, and gloss to buy. i want to make it look like the original white with black trim or whatever. so two colors, primer and a gloss... how many quarts of each?



also the hood is carbon fiber so i was just going to sand that down and re clear coat it.

i've seen people use at least 5 cans for the whole car. Have you looked into plastidip? I would suggest if you're going through with this to paint individual panels instead of trying to accomplish all at once.
