my friend and I are installing a new deck in his brand new 2002 Coupe. How the heck do you get the black trim piece that the stereo and the climate control sit in out? We have the whole lower dash out, but can't get this piece out....HELP!!!!!!!

 

I have a 2k1 and i know that u have to pull out the whole part of the dashboard where the stereo is located. Then u could pull both parts out. Or if u want I think u can get directions on http://www.crutchfield.com. see how that works
