~~~ identifying intermediate shafts ~~~

I'm trying to identify some intermediate shafts in the garage.
I'm unsure if they are h22 or f22
Pictures would greatly help !

Questions:

1) are all 90-97 F22 intermediate (half shafts/mid shafts) the say?
If NOT, what are the differences?

2) what is the difference between F22 & H22 midshafts?
From my understanding , you would want to use the H22 midshaft with H22 axles & F22 midshaft with only F22 axles. Correct?
