Default Window Glass Replacement Issues

The part on the bottom of my driver's side window that attaches the window to the regulator base has come loose from the glass itself. Is there any way to put it back together? If not, then how do I replace my window? Is there a video link for this? I know how to replace the regulator and that is the only videos that I can find for it. The glass company said that they have tried every possible glue to hold it, but there is not one that has worked thus far and my PERFECTLY GOOD glass will have to be replaced.
Does anyone know if I can drill holes along the bottom of it and put small bolts through it? Help! Need ideas and $$$-saving tips!

Piano wire attached to two dowels, is a great way to cut through the glue.

I do not need to cut throught the glue. I need to avoid replacing a perfectly good window becuase it cam unattached from the guides in the door.
Great idea for cutting through glue, though! Thanks anyhow.
